Altafibra is a brand new b2b broadband provider operating initially in the Italian market but with their eyes set globally. At Roll Studio I lead a project that saw us develop a brand identity and user experience for the brand.

Our first job was to create a brand identity that would disrupt the stagnant Italian broadband market. Our client knew that their product would be truly revolutionary for customers but we needed to define a brand strategy that would allow them to break the status quo.

The resulting identity is unashamedly bold. It’s all about disruption and supporting the change-makers who want to improve their businesses.

The Altafibra offering is a premium product – They have some of the fastest fiber connections in Italy. Through our research, we quickly realised that there was also an opportunity to offer a best in class customer experience.

We designed a single page solution that would allow users to quickly see package availability and info directly from the home page.

In Italy signing up for broadband often requires a user to sign physical paperwork amongst other things. We worked with Altafibra to design a 100% digital process including an ID verification via mobile phone and digital document signing.

We got the sign-up process down to 5 steps and less than 5 minutes.
